Currently, Melysia Beauty ships primarily within the Contiguous United States.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become fully active.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, or if your package is lost in transit:

Damaged: Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at contact@melysiabeauty.shop. We will arrange for a replacement.

Lost: If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please check your surrounding areas and contact the shipping carrier first. If the package remains lost, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim.
