Refund Policy
1. Overview and Legal Right to Withdrawal
At Melysiabeauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
In accordance with French law (Code de la Consommation), you have a legal right of withdrawal. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items without needing to provide any reason.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Period: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all original tags, security seals, and protective elements intact.

Health and Hygiene: Due to health and hygiene reasons, and in accordance with applicable French law (Article L221-28, 5° of the French Consumer Code), products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned if they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, makeup, or pierced earrings).
3. The Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at contact@melysiabeauty.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Confirmation: We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Inspection: Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved and the item meets the eligibility criteria (including hygiene requirements), your refund will be processed.

Refund Amount: The refund will include the total price of the returned product(s) and, where applicable, the costs of standard delivery (the cheapest shipping option offered by us).

Timing: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days of us receiving and approving the returned goods.
If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Non-returnable and Non-refundable Items
The following items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products.

Products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (as specified in Section 2).
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
8. Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts cannot be refunded.
